Our camp has used Camp Brain for about 3 years. We are very happy with the product and service we have received. The staff are great and always help us get through any problems we face. I recommend Camp Brain.
We love the cabinizer feature in Camp Brain. Makes placing campers in cabin groups very easy.
Absolutely DISLIKE Camp Brain!!! From the inadequate, badly trained "support", to the functions they can't seem to fix, to reports that are wrong because the programers can't seem to pull the information from the entire database. Can't wait to be done with them.

This is my third and hopefully final year with Camp Brain. I have a fourht year paid for but I have already decided that a chanGe is needed. Inadequate response from tech support (lack of response and poorly trained staff), lack of communication on upgrades, lack of adequate financial reports (lots of usless reports), faulty online capibilities.......need I go on. Can't wait to be done with them!
I would have to agree with the post above. We switched to CampSite last year.
I wouldn't use Camp Brain.
Just an all around terrible company. Their support is terrible and creepy.
