We are looking at signing up with camp register but their contract's fine print is deceptive and their marketing staff has been evasive. I would like to know if anyone has had a good relationship with them before we make our decision
We started using Camp Register a number of years ago after another camp recommended them and they've been great. As our camp has grown, so has their software. Many of the tools and services we've used have actually allowed our camp to grow because we can spend more time on marketing rather than administative tasks.
I'm happy to continue our great partnership with them.
I absolutely do not recommend CampRegiser. Communication within the company is pathetic. They have not complied with the terms of our contract. Their product is okay if you ever get everything set up, but their implementation department is disorganized and severely lacking in customer service and analytical skills. In my experience, many of their implementation employees cannot even speak English well, not to mention spell or use correct grammer in setting up online forms. Managers and salesmen will lie to you just to sell you a pile of crap.
